Do We Offer Discounts?
Because our furniture is handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer ongoing sitewide discount codes. Instead, we focus on providing competitive pricing and exceptional craftsmanship throughout the year.
We typically run promotions during major holidays and special events. When a sale is available, details will be shared through our newsletter and website. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming promotions and special offers.
At this time, we do not offer first-time customer discount codes.
Volume Discounts
Planning a large purchase? Orders totaling $10,000 or more may qualify for volume pricing.
To determine eligibility, please contact our support team at support@porchtopatio.com or submit a ticket through our Help Center.
Discount Policy
To ensure fair and consistent pricing for all customers, the following discount policies apply:
- Discount codes obtained from unauthorized third-party websites, coupon sites, or unaffiliated individuals will not be honored.
- Orders placed using an invalid discount code will be placed on hold until the remaining balance is paid.
- If payment is not received within 14 days of purchase, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
- Discount codes and promotional offers are limited to one use per household unless otherwise stated.
- Only one discount code may be applied per item or order.
- Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked. We recommend using the offer that provides the greatest overall savings.
